WORKSHOPS:
Glass Fusing & Mold Making: Taught by Pauline Wyndham of Mayco WEDNESDAY - November 30th 9:00 am - 4:00 pm( only 4 spots left!)
Class Size: 25 Cost - $75.00
Pauline will be demonstrating all the ways you can use a Slump Hump mold including forming clay and creating a glass slumping mold. We will create a handbuilt clay bird, a project to fuse, a mold for the fused project and a textured slab for fusing your project. All supplies included.
STONEWARE WORKSHOP: Taught by Pauline Wyndham of Mayco THURSDAY - December 1st 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (only 8 spots left!)

In this workshop, you will be using all the newest glazes with washes and a tile transfer pattern. You will also learn how to layer Mayco's Stoneware glazes while constructing a stoneware windchime! Pauline will also demonstrate printing with washes! All supplies included.
DEE SCHAAD'S WHIMSICAL FIGURES: Taught by Tim Martin of Amaco
FRIDAY - December 2nd 9:00 am - 4:00 pm ( only 4 spots left! )
Class Size: 25 Cost - $40.00 9:00am - 12:00pm - Participants will work with moist clay to create a whimsical figure. Tim will demonstrate from start to finish Dee Schaad's technique for creating these figures. These figures utilize a variety of basic ceramic processes that can be equally utilized for making of traditional pottery.
1:00 - 4:00 pm - Participants will use velvet underglazes to shade and color the figures. Also, glaze test tiles will be made combining the Potter's Choice glazes from Amaco's cone 5 glaze line. Amaco has extensively researched the layering combinations and Tim will have examples on hand to guide you through the layering possibilities!
