Instructions
- Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 bisque. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
- Using a soft fan brush, apply 3 coats of FN-41 Medium Blue to the front and back of the plate. Allow glaze to dry between coats.
- Once glaze is completely dry, trace your pattern onto the plate by laying the paper over the dry glaze and going over the design with a pencil. Press firmly to make an indentation in the dry glaze through the paper. You can use your own design, or click HERE to download a few fun templates.
- Using a small round brush, apply 3 coats of SC-93 Honeydew List to the large leaf pattern, allowing the glaze to dry in between coats.
- Using a small round brush, apply 3 coats of SC-27 Sour Apple to the small leaf/stem pattern, allowing the glaze to dry in between coats.
- Using a small round brush, apply 3 coats of SC-96 Aqu-ward to the single leaf designs around the edges of your plate, allowing the glaze to dry in between coats.
- If desired, add decorative dots to the remaining background areas using a color of your choice (SC-16 Cotton Tail shown).
- Stilt and fire to cone 06.
