Aluminum: Mixing/Pugging Chamber made from 356A Aluminum Alloy.
The PM-100 has a maximum capacity of 250 Ibs. of moist clay. (Capacities vary depending on clay condition, type, moisture, etc).
Full batch mixing and blending capability allows for moisture adjustment before pugging.
Switch to PUG after a batch is completely mixed, and the Power Wedger unloads itself in the form of compacted logs.
The gear drive system consists of an industrial hollow bore gearmotor combination. Overload protection is provided via the VFD Controller that monitors the amperage and temperature of the motor.
The PM-100 comes with 8″ diameter wheels. It is easily transported for cleaning and storage.
