To our valued customers,
As a small, family-owned business, we understand how difficult this year has been for everyone. We have done our best to keep clay and supplies available to our community throughout these trying times while still prioritizing the health and safety of our customers and employees. Balancing the two has not always been clear or easy, but (like in most things) the answer lies in compromise.
With the recent spike in COVID-19 cases both locally and nationwide, we have been forced to take another pause to consider the way we do business. The holiday season and the draw of family gatherings pose an increase in exposure and transmission risk that, to be perfectly honest, makes all of us at Armadillo a bit uneasy. We have families of our own to protect, and the potential for spreading this virus within our beloved community puts a chill in all our spines.
For these reasons, we have decided to close down in-store visits for the month of December. We will still be open, but orders must be placed over the phone or online for shipping or Curbside Pickup. (Local deliveries, repair services, and firing services will still be available.)
We recognize that this adds a level of complication to our semi-annual sale, so we have extended the sale dates significantly. Please read through the following infographics to get the details on how the sale will operate. We apologize for any frustration this causes and thank you for your continued flexibility and patronage.
Stay safe out there, y'all.
